Return & Refund Policy
At AeroDrive, our priority is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers. Below, we detail our return and refund policy:
- Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a product in these conditions, please contact us immediately to coordinate the return and replacement process.
- Refunds: Refunds are available within a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original and unused condition, and must include all original accessories and packaging.
Refund Process:
- Please contact our customer service team within the 5-day period after receiving the product to initiate the refund process.
- Once your refund request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase.
